Urban Decay Naked Eye Shadow Palette

I received this Urban Decay Naked eye shadow palette as a birthday present from my lovely sister and it is one of the best presents I have ever received! Not only are there enough colours for every occasion, they are colours that will suit everyone, whatever their skin tone and whatever their eye colour. There’s so much choice, each colour is gorgeous and it’s so much fun trying out new ones each day/ night out.

When I’m going for a smokey eye look I use the ‘Creep’ and ‘Gunmetal’ colours, which look amazing with a black dress for a night out. ‘Creep’ is also really good to use as an eyeliner over the top lash line to make the lashes look thicker and more defined. For a more everyday natural beauty look I use ‘Virgin’ as a base, it’s light colour really brightens up my eyes, then either ‘Sin’ or ‘Side Car’ over the top for a shimmery touch.'Smog' is great for adding a bit of definition to your eyes, I apply it in the outer corners and near the lash line.

The best thing about this eye shadow palette is being able to mix up the colours on your eyelids to create your own look. I love blending from light to dark (light near my nose and darker towards the edge of my lid and near my lashes). I literally use it everyday and don't think I'll need to buy any more eyeshadows again as all my faves are in here!

Always apply the Urban Decay eye primer potion first to ensure the eye shadow stays on and doesn’t crease.

Does anyone else have this Naked palette? What are your favourite shades?

Price: £36 available at Debenhams and House of Fraser.
