Brand Review: Clarins

As part of a weekly or so feature I am going to start doing Brand Reviews. I will put all the products that I own of that particular brand into either the HITS category if I think I would repurchase it and have liked it, or the MISSES category if I will probably not purchase it again or it has disappointed me. As I try new products from each brand I will keep updating the Brand Reviews so that they will always be up to date with all the products that I have tried.

The first Brand Review that I am going to do is Clarins.
HITS: Combination/ Oily Skin Care Range
HITS: Face Mask
HITS: Fake Tan Range
HITS: Blemish Control Sticks

HITS

Gentle Foaming Cleanser with Tamarind For Oily/ Combination Skin (Full review here)
-A lovely cleanser, it gently exfoliates my skin, leaving it feeling very clean and refreshed.

Cleansing Milk with Gentian for Combination or Oily Skin
-I use this to take off my face makeup (not my eyes though) and it effectively cleanses it and removes all makeup.

Toning Lotion with Iris for Combination or Oily Skin
-A refreshing, gorgeous-smelling toner that calms, cleans and purifies my skin after cleansing, prepping it for moisturising.

Hyrda-Matte Lotion For Combination Skin (Moisturiser) (Full Review here)
-A great moisturiser for oily or combination skin, it stops shine and mattifies the face while moisturising at the same time.

Exfoliating Face Mask: Gentle Peeling Smooth Away Cream (Full review here)
-It made my face feel soft and thoroughly clean. It really brightened up my whole face too- my skin looks radiant after using it!

Liquid Bronze Self Tanning for Face (Full review here)
-This adds a natural and healthy looking tan to my face without making me look orange!

Fake Tan for Body (Full review here)
-The best fake tan I have ever used and the only one that never leaves streaks! It's natural-looking yet makes a big difference.

Blemish Control Sticks (Full review here)
-Fantastic little spot treatment sticks- they reduce the redness and swelling of spots and heal them quicker.

MISSES
Honestly, I haven't tried a product that I've been disappointed with from Clarins yet, which isn't a bad problem to have!

I will keep updating the HITS and MISSES categories every time I try a new Clarins product.

What do you think about Clarins? Do you have any HITS or MISSES from them?

    1. Aw thanks hun, that means a lot- looking forward to doing more in this series on all the brands I use. Clarins was an easy starting point for me because I love so many of their skin care products- need to try more makeup though! But yes, I'd definitely recommend giving Clarins a go next time you're looking for anything skin care related :) xx
