Empties

This month's empties include:

Clinique Super Powder Double Face Powder
This powder is a product that I have been using for nearly ten years now. It gives a great level of coverage and the colour (matte neutral) suits my skin tone perfectly. I always have this Clinique powder in my handbag and use it for touch-ups during the day/ night. Full review here.
Price: £21
Repurchase? Yes definitely.

Clinique Blusher in Precious Posy
I love this colour blusher, its so girly and summery. It's quite a bright pink so really adds a pop of colour to your cheeks, and you don't need to use much at all. I received it as part of the free gift in Clinique Bonus Time ages ago (it's lasted so long!) and will now be purchasing the full size version of it. Full review here.
Price:£21
Repurchase? Yes.

Dior Forever Foundation
I liked this foundation. It smells gorgeous for starters, and it does provide a good level of coverage- not too heavy but not too light either, a perfect in-between. It makes your skin look smooth, even and soft, plus the colour (010) is very natural. However, I have quite oily skin and it does not last all day on my skin without getting slightly patchy- but it will probably work better on other skin types. Full review here.
Price: £31
Repurchase? Maybe.

Estee Lauder Take It Away Makeup Remover
I received this as part of the free gift when purchasing two Estee Lauder products at Debenhams a while back. It is a makeup remover that you apply to your dry skin and then wash off with water. It did not remove my eye makeup at all really and I had to use another makeup remover after it. So, I used this as a first step in my makeup removal routine until it had finished, but will not be purchasing the full size product as it doesn't really work for me. I will be using Shu Uemura oil cleanser instead as this removes all my makeup effectively.
Price: £21
Repurchase? No.

Clinique Eye Makeup Remover
This is the best eye makeup remover that I have ever used. It is gentle, does not sting at all, and removes all my eye makeup easily (including the tough Benefit They're Real masacara!). I cannot recommend this highly enough. Full review here.
Price: £16
Repurchase? Yes definitely!

Clarins Blemish Control Stick
These little blemish control sticks have been great for clearing up my spots. They instantly bring down the redness of the blemishes and speed up the time it takes for my spots to disappear. Full review here.
Price: £18.50 for two
Repurchase? Yes.

Origins Spot Remover Pads
I bought these spot remover pads in the hope that they would clear up my skin. I have noticed a considerable difference after using them for the last two months. I use them every night in the place of toner and my skin is clearer and brighter. Full review here.
Price:£22 for 60 pads
Repurchase? Yes definitely!

    1. Yes! The Clinique one is just so easy and gentle! When I've got a lot of eye makeup on I soak the cotton pad and hold it on my eye for a minute and that really loosens the makeup and it comes off even easier after that :) x
