Clarins Instant Light Lip Natural Perfectors

Say hello to one of my favourite makeup products: the Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfectors! I've featured these Clarins Lip Glosses on my blog before, over a year ago when they first came out, and since then I've been using them on a regular basis. My love for them has never wavered and I've branched out, trying more colours, so I thought they deserved another mention and proof that my initial review was not just one that got carried away with the hype.

I have tried three shades 01 Rose Shimmer, 04 Petal Shimmer and 05 Candy Shimmer. My favourite is 01 Rose Shimmer as it's so natural (that's the one I'm wearing in the photo). They aren't sticky at all (a pet hate of mine that I have with lip glosses!) and they taste lovely but not too overpowering. They are not too shiny; I'd go as far as to say that they are in between a balm and a lip gloss as the finish is more subtle and sophisticated than other lip glosses. This makes them wearable for all ages, from myself to my mum. They go on really smoothly, mainly because of the spongey applicator.

As the weather is getting colder my lips have become quite dry so I've been using these everyday to keep them moisturised. They contain shea butter, wild mango and plant perhydrosqualene which all repair and soften the lips, and Vitamins A & E which  reinforce the repairing action and protect against free radicals.

The Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfectors are by far my favourite lip glosses and have been for a year and a half now. They are absolutely brilliant for during the day as they're so moisturising and easy to wear- I would definitely recommend them!

  2. Although I agree with smell and finish, I wouldnt repurchase. They are just to sheer for my liking, and in my opinion not worth the Money.
I did a blogpost on them two months ago.

  6. They sound gorgeous, unfortunately I always go for really bold lips but might be nice on top of a lipstick xxx
