We can all get caught up in our busy lifestyles, so it's nice to have a bit of downtime scheduled in the diary.
These are the products that I've been using for my weekly pampering sessions recently:
Although face masks are quite common, people often forget to put one on their hair as well. As a result of dying mine quite a lot, it can get very dry, so I tend to put hair oil on it for as long as possible, once a week. You can sleep in it and wash it off in the morning, but it's quite greasy so I tend to wash it off before bed. This one I've been using recently is Aldi's version of Morrocan Oil, called Miracle Oil, and it's actually very good. To be honest, any hair oil containing argan oil will do wonders for your hair and it's great to leave it on as a mask once a week or so.
This is an exfoliating face scrub that really brightens up my skin. It's so quick and easy to use as well, it simply replaces my cleanser. I keep it in the shower and about once a week I rub this all over my wet face and then simply wash it off. When I've used it my face looks radiant afterwards; I look all clean and brand new! I would definitely recommend it if you have dull skin as it's really brightening and makes you look very fresh.
Soap and glory Flake Away Body Scrub
This is a lovely body scrub. Again, I use it in the shower about once a week, or sometimes more often on my legs and armpits if I'm shaving. It smells amazing and gets rid of all dead skin cells all over the body and leaves my skin feeling soft.
After all that scrubbing my skin needs some body lotion. I've been using The Body Shop Body Butters for as long as I can remember as they're really hydrating and make my skin look, feel and smell amazing. I'm a big fan of the body butters and love going in store to smell all the different flavours and scents. The satsuma one is probably my favourite as it just smells delicious!
